Product Specialist-Banking or Banking/Payments Software

The role encompasses many attributes. The ideal candidate should have both business as well as technical skills, with the ability to represent the product both internally and to existing and new customers.

The candidate should have a background in Banking or Banking/Payments Software.

The role is multi faceted and will encompass product specialist through to pre and post sales requirements. The candidate should be flexible across any product related roles:

Product Specialist: be totally conversant with the product and solution and have the ability to communicate the product, product requirements and product strategy as required.
Product Analyst: understand and communicate product requirements based on market, customer and company requirements to the development team
Take ownership of product related items ensuring that new initiatives are evaluated and when adopted brought through to completion, including prototyping, demonstration, collateral
Be aware of the business and sales strategy of the company and how the product fits within the company objectives.

Communication is a vital part of the role. The candidate should have the ability and experience in dealing with customers, partners at all levels, operational through to senior management.

Communication can be written (proposals, specifications and product documentation) though to presentations and product/solution demonstrations.

Teamwork is vital. The candidate should work in a cooperative, communicative and open manner.

The candidate should have the ability to analyse business requirements and communicate them to the internal Sentential Business Analysts and Development teams.

Location: Kildare

Salary: Dependant on experience
