The Communications and Management Institute, based in Kimmage near the KCR, Dublin 12, is a professional educational and training institute, which seeks to improve and develop the standards of communications and management skills throughout Ireland.


Job Title: A part- time position has arisen for an accounts/Book Keeper and administration executive to be based in our office near the KCR, Kimmage, D12.

Jobs Description:

• General accounts duties
• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Book-keeping duties
• Submitting tax returns
• Processing company payroll
• The role will also involve administration duties and answering the telephone


Requirements:

• 1 + years in manual accounts with experience in an Accounts package
• A thorough knowledge of handling Manual Accounts, Book-keeping, Payroll and submitting tax returns
• Proficiency in ECDL, Word, Outlook, Excel, Access
• Excellent telephone and communication skills - Ability to manage an office
• Good communication and organisational skills are vital
• Confidentiality and attention to detail are critical attributes for this role
• Confident, professional communicator who is organized, capable of working on their own initiative and as part of a team

Times of work:

4 afternoons - Tues, Weds, Thurs & Friday - 14.00 - 17.30
Monday - all day (8 hours)

Total hours: 22 hours
